Allegra and welcome to the Schinnas 757 holiday home
Here you will find a wonderful holiday home in a very quiet and sunny residential area.
From the spacious south-facing balcony (22 m2) you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites, inviting you to linger at any time of year.
You can reach the "Motta-Naluns" ski area on foot in approx. 15-20 minutes or with the free ski bus, whereby the nearest bus stop is approx. 20 minutes' walk from the house.
Via the garage and the staircase you reach the 1st floor with 3 double bedrooms. Here you will also find the bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and WC and a separate shower with WC and washbasin. A further staircase leads to the top floor with the spacious living room with open fireplace (chimney). The modern kitchen is very well equipped and has an oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher as well as a separate microwave. Naturally, a flat-screen TV (Swisscom TV), a radio and free WLAN are available to guests.
