Both bedrooms face the neighbourhood street, which is closed to traffic after 10.00 pm. Only 3 minutes' walk to the “Bogn Engiadina Scuol” adventure pool and the local/ski bus stop. Reserved garage parking space.

Spacious living room with exposed wooden ceiling construction. Functionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom/WC/double washbasin. Small seating area at the end of the outside staircase at the entrance to the flat. Flatscreen TV with Sunrise, free WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine.
