Allegra and welcome to the Minchületta 1 holiday flat
Beautiful and cosy 2 1/2 room flat on the ground floor of a beautiful Engadine house.
This holiday flat is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths. Optimal connections to the local bus which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area. It is also in a very quiet location (the neighbourhood street ‘Vi’ is closed to all traffic from 10.00 pm). From the spacious garden seating area you can not only enjoy the fantastic view, but it also invites you to linger at any time of year.
A bright living room with a large window front and underfloor heating awaits you here. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with rain shower, WC, washbasin and own washing machine with integrated tumble dryer. Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available in Scuol), flat-screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WLAN and much more.
Please note that there is no parking space available in this holiday flat. You can park your car in the chargeable (CHF 20.00.- per week) car park near the apartment building (approx. 80 m = 2 minutes' walk).
The prices include :
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of persons)
- Towelling

- all utilities such as electricity, water, etc.

- Free taxi transfer from the railway station to our office and on to the holiday apartment
