DESCRIPTION
A paradise for those seeking peace and quiet who are prepared to do without today's comforts (television, radio, etc.). You will be rewarded with peace, pure nature and a sensational panoramic view of the entire Lower Engadine! The chalet is located approx. 1.5 km outside Sent in the direction of Scuol.
This chalet is functionally equipped and has been gently renovated in recent years. Since spring 2013, 220 volts have also been available. This means that your mobile phone can be charged with it. We would like to point out that no other devices can be charged (e.g. e-bikes, hairdryers, coffee machines, etc.).
Room layout:
On the ground floor: Cosy living room with access to the south-facing balcony. Kitchen with gas hob and gas oven. 1 double bedroom.
On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom.
Basement (accessible via small steep stairs from the living room): Shower/WC/sink.
Heated by gas central heating with outside gas tank. Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the house.
The wood-burning tiled stove cannot be used by guests. The chalet is not suitable for small children.
Access guaranteed in summer, in winter only with good 4x4 tyres or chains.
The access road is subject to a charge / CHF 20 per week for each vehicle. This amount is included in the booking fee shown. Please let us know if you are travelling with 2 vehicles, as only 1 road tax sticker is supplied as standard.
The prices include :
- Bed linen (the beds are made up according to the number of persons)
- Towelling
- kitchen linen
- all utilities such as electricity, water, etc.
